They're not very functional packages currently, just another widget on the
screen and object in the model.  I think that ideally they'd replace
folders for the Logical View and be able to contain classes.

Copy and Paste doesn't work, need to update the serialise() methods.

Used <UML:Package> for the UMLObject and <packagewidget> for the
UMLWidget, for lack of anything better.  Any better suggestions?
