Some notes:
- please send patches only against a recent CVS (from KDE).  It's not much
fun merging a 6000 line patch by hand
- mind and use diff -u  format
- did this compile for you Brian?  Various wee faults I found include
i18n() around method calls and changes to method names but not to calls of
those names (from the codegenerators).

Can roles have a visibility, I've never seen that before?

Can associations on, say, state diagrams have roles (I guess so) and what
does visibility mean then?
