I deny it.
If you have a message in a collaboration diagram from A to B, the list of
operations you get to choose from by right-clicking on the message are the
operations of B. That means, A calls a method of B.
If you select "new operation" then the new operation is even added to B, as it
should.

I guess this guys are using an old version... I remember it was once broken as
in the report, but it's been fixed for a long time now.
