Excellent.  Umbrello is now part of KDE and developed in KDE's CVS so I'm
CCing the Dutch i18n team in a hope that they will pick this up and use it
for their official translation of KDE.

Maybe you could even join the Dutch i18n team to make sure the jobs gets
done? (No pressure of course.)
