[Uml-devel] Toolbar Icons

Yep, that fixed it, Thanks Jonathon.

Just out of curiosity, what is it about being installed to /usr/local
(which I assume is where it went without the --prefix) that screwed it
all up? Other things that weren't working (such as tips of the day) that
I assumed simply weren't implemented now work properly too.
