Make two diagrams in a project.

Click in the pane of one of the diagrams.

In the Documentation pane, type something.

Now go to the other diagram.  Click in its pane.
    --> will see the same documentation.

Documentation typed in this way, one would expect to be associated with the diagram, not with every diagram in the whole project.
