minor changes
	- added some view management so you can resurrect closed views.
	  its basically ripped straight out of Kate. theoretically, the
	  app should be reading its config to figure out which views
	  are enabled by default. there may be a bug or two in here.
	- added a new interface to Umbrello2App (Umbrello::MainWindow)
	  in libumberllo2. in theory, we can use this interface to add
	  views to the browser window (the tab view on the left) and
	  the workspace (the empty view on the right).
