u2 gets non-functionality

in a fit of boredom (incurred while building kde-3.1.1 on my slow ass home 
computer), i started futzing with actual GUI stuff today. i'm basically 
trying to get the general look and feel down. its going to end up looking 
just like kdevelop or something of that nature.

anyway, i played with the icon loader and put in some nice crystalsvg icons 
for the folders and view models and classes (it looks pretty sweet).
