some changes:
	- various design doc updates (probably incomplete)
	- added meta object lookup support to Umbrello::Model
	- implemented meta object stuff in RefBaseObject (get/set)
	- Xmi::Reader now constructs meta object relation as objects
	  are created.
	- for MOF, meta object relations are deferred along with
	  unresolved references.
	- haven't tested this code, but it should work(tm). will test
	  later today. will modify metamodeltree to show meta-object
	  class name as proof of concept
	- should pave the way to writing the xmi writer when i get
	  around to it :)
