I have succesfully managed to import classes from files without the .h
extension.  More likely this is a limitation of the import code to manage
templates.

I don't quite understand what you mean by source of associations here.

Excellent.  Do the cvs diff and upload it to any web server you have
access to.  Then post to URL to umbrello-devel at kde.org
