[Uml-devel] Patch flex

Hi Jonathan,

in the attached patch I changed the handling of the flex in the Makefile.
I reduced the rule for generating the tokenizer.cc and I changed the 
tokenizer.l to reduce the rule.

Additionally I changed/added some .cvsignore files to avoid the lot of
question marks in the cvs up command.
