[Uml-devel] mini-bug: superflous submenu for "operation"->"parameter"

I have found another superflous submenu - editing an operation results in a 
dialog which shows as one part the list of parameters. The context menu there 
has a submenu "Parameter". This should be fixed as it is already done with 
the other dialogs.
