Hi Sebastian, 

did you test the previous version? I guess, that Jonathan and I tested this 
solution and it work. It may be that the solution looks a little bit strange 
but it worked on my machine. If on your machine, please give me some 
information to your system.

My system consists of:
Linux: Kernel 2.4.18 based on a SuSE Linux 7.1
Qt: Version 3.0.4 (with thread support)
KDE: Version 3.0.1
gcc: 2.95.3
gdb: 5.0
