I don't see this problem.  Can anyone confirm?  Screenshot?

The handbook expects various stylesheets that are available only to
konqueror (help:/style/foo.css) so it had problems in other browsers.  If
someone wants to generate the handbook without references to the
stylesheets that would be great (means fiddling about with XSLT files).
