New documentation for Umbrello.
Divided the document into several files because it was getting too big,
we need to cat them together into index.docbook
There will probably some markup errors we need to fix before the manual can be generated, but it should not be too dificult.
I am sure there are millions of typos and smaller errors, so please check.
