Initial add of German user interface translation. It is far from being perfect,
it is just a beginning. Please note that you have to rename the file
/opt/kde/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/umbrello.mo to
/opt/kde/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/uml.mo because of an error in the
autoconf/automake system. You will also have to create the pot file by
yourself.
