It is nothing other than 15 degrees. Originally it was 45 degrees and it seems 
too big for me (or if you look at the UML reference manual) I guess it is 
better to go to smaller angles. It looks more UML like than the old 45 
degrees. If you have the a generalisation the angle goes to 30 degrees  two 
times this values to get a triangle with 3 sides of the same length as shown 
in the UML refman.
