Summary: cancel button on code generation warning

Initial Comment:
The dialogues for code generation errors and warnings ("destination file already exists" and "Cannot open file...please make sure directory exists") should have a cancel button so you don't have to cancel once for each file.  An overwrite all might also be useful.

The way these dialogues are called makes this less easy than at first glance.

Generate All Code should ideally also check if the directory exists first.
