My most sincere appologies, I've no idea why I got the wrong name there.
Naturally I beg for your forgiveness.

Other than that I've applied to two patches which both seem good (double
click on association notes to remove them and tip of the day doesn't show
when you tell it not to).

I also changed the CVS e-mail programme to the one used by kmymoney as the
syncmail programme seemed a bit verbose.
