Summary: Config default behaviour & overload it

Initial Comment:
It could be useful to propose a way to configure
default behaviour of code generator. For example, to
decide if attributes are generated as pointers or as
objects.
And a way to overload the default behaviour would also
be interesting. UML Tagged Values (and Stereotypes)
allow that.

To ensure the possibility to generate all "exotic"
declaration, a special tagged value could be proposed
to overwrite  the generation. For example, {C++
Declaration} for full declaration or {C++ Type} for
type declaration.
