Summary: update KDevelop project file before 1.1

Initial Comment:
I think we should update the kdevelop project file
before we release version 1.1. I noticed that the files
in doc/en/* aren't correctly listed in the project
file. The result is that a developer using kdevelop to
generate the makefiles will be confrontated with build
problems, because kdevelop adds too much or wrong files
to the EXTRA_DIR section in the Makefiles.
