not translated -> docbooks are empty and meinproc will fail to compile the handbook; I haven't added it to the makefiles, because a not compiling CVS version wouldn't be cool.
If you have time you could take kbabel and translated the po files. Please see my mail to uml-devel, how to generate the docbook files out of the po files and how to merge updates to the original English handbook.
