Hi I'm running 2.4.18 um7 and I'm trying to call call_usermodehelper from a kernel module. This has bad consequences: if UML is running as root, it reboots the host system, if it's running as a user it gets stuck, attaching the debugger crashes gdb. Does anybody happen to know what this might be? - Peter -
