MusicBrainz improvements

ah, fantastic!  Just tested and confirmed it works even on the current 
version.  Didn't think to even try.

At the risk of sounding greedy, it'd be great if tellico could 
automatically recognize a release ID and format the search accordingly, 
or maybe try a catno search if initial results come back negative, just 
to make the process easier (these aren't exactly discoverable), but 
super happy to have a working way to do that now, and will be looking 
forward to the new URL inclusion in the next version.
