Tellico 4.1.5 Released

Hi everyone,

I have a small update for Tellico 4.1.5, the last release from the stable
branch that includes Qt5 compatibility. It includes a few bug fixes and
catches some translation updates.

* Fixed Arxiv ID search to return correct results
* Updated the Data Crow importer for its new XML format.
* Updated the IGDB source
* Corrected XML usage for arch with unsigned char, like ARM
