The one looks a little peculiar. OpenLibrary shows the ISBN
as 9781761811678 [1], Google Books also shows 9781546171386 [2] (as well as
the 10-digit equivalent), while Amazon lists the ISBN you mention [3]. If
the data sources don't include the ISBN you're looking for, there's not
much that Tellico can do.
OpenLibrary is editable, though, so if I get a chance soon, I'll add the
specific ISBN you listed, and then Tellico would pick it up. :)

Tellico doesn't have a direct GoodReads search at the moment. I can add
that to the wishlist. The extent of its GoodReads functionality is to
import your whole collection. File -> Import ->GoodReads.
