Looks like Tellico (4.1 and next versions) miss an application token to access 
the  Board Game Geek xmlapi. May be it is expired. You can request a new one 
at https://boardgamegeek.com/applications

You can read the policies and license on https://boardgamegeek.com/
using_the_xml_api#toc6

For future updates, it might be useful to add a custom token field to the BGG 
data source.
