HTML Export Fails to Export Individual

I am having a problem with "Export to HTML..." getting errors with images when I select "Export individual entry 
files"in the LInux MInt flatpak version 4.1.1

I am unsure what is the problem, as I am really a user only.  I need help in identifying where my problem is actually, 
and I don't have any other platform to try other options.

I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me what is wrong.

I have used an old PC experimental version for years, but I decided to move to Linux Mint (Virtual Box) on my PC.
I installed the flatpak version of "Tellico" 4.1.1
The datafiles exist and the media is stored in the data file on R/W Virtual Box share on the PC that mounts to the Linux 
Mint share.  I have used this before for other applications.

Everything works, but when I export to HTML on Linux Mint I get this error message for every image file for the FLATPAK 
VERSION and I have to kill the process.  Without the "Export individual entry files" it is fine so I believe it is the 
image files.

     Tellico is unable to write the file - xxxxxxx.jpg

On the PC version it works fine.
