No, there's no database format change. Files created or edited by 4.0 are
fully backwards compatible with 3.5 and vice-versa. There were some changes
with the image loading code, which is why I generally recommend keeping a
full zip archive  (even if it's really big) just in case something gets
saved in a weird place.
