I see that in other situations.  I use KDE/Plasma on top of X11 as you
do.  I therefore conclude it's not Tellico at fault.

In common with nearly all software, Tellico will put up a requester
asking if you're sure you want to quit.  It will offer options;  Save,
Cancel & Quit.
