URL improvements

Good morning,
I use Tellico to list my 3D printing folders/files.
Would it be possible to point a URL to a folder, and not just a file?
Would it be possible to make a URL (local file URL) dynamic so that if I 
change the folder/file location, the URL is updated automatically?
