Tellico flatpak testing

If anyone is interested in testing Tellico as a flatpak, I've added it to
the kdeapps nightly builds. Information on using that is available at
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Flatpak

It's building from the master branch at the moment. Let me know if there
are any issues.
