New user: importing ISBNs issue

I'm trying to use tellico-2.3.12 on Slackware-14.2 with KDE4. Trying to
import a short (23 line) file of ISBNs tellico tells me that each column
needs to be associated with a data field. That's what I thought I had done
(see attached image) so I don't understand the error message.

Please point out what I've missed.
