darwincore

[Fernando Vaz-de-Mello]

did anyone try to import a database in darwincore format (a biological
collection) into tellico? is there a template available in order not to
need to create all darwincore fields again?

IMPORTANT WARNING: When sending specimens to our museum, under no
circumstances use a private courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.). The material
must be sent by regular postal service only. In Brazil, the private
couriers have been under closer scrutiny by regulatory Federal agencies.
These agencies too frequently have, without justification, temporarily
retained (and worse, even destroyed) inert biological samples sent for
scientific studies. PLEASE never send "surprise" parcels, and always send
me the tracking code for anything including books, because without the
tracking code it is impossible to receive even with the postal service.
