[Tellico-users] [bug] lift widget missing if some columns are masked in table field

Hi Robby

This is a minor bug :
If a field is define as a Table with many columns, if some columns can't be 
display in current Edit window, the horizontal lift widget is missing. At 
least in Debian stable (Jessie) i386.
Doesn't happened for rows.

Step to reproduce :
- Create a table field with 10 columns.
- Open the Edit window (New Record)
- Extend some columns until the last one is outside the window
=> The horizontal lift is missing!
