Pretty sure you can directly install a fedora rpm as long as the dependencies are OK.  RHEL/Centos 7 are based on Fedora 20.

Generally it's as simple as doing rpm -ivh tellico-version.src.rpm then a rebuild of the rpm for your version using rpmbuild -ba tellico.spec (which is installed generally in root's home under rpmbuild or something like that.
