By the way.  I just realized that your CSV export is not valid :(

If your title is something like
     Rifkind's Challenge (Rifkin, No. 3)

This is going to be split into multiple columns.

Can you quote fields ? (i.e. The title in the CSV would be "Rifkind's
Challenge (Rifkin, No. 3)" ).  This would ensure that text which should be
together are kept together.
