[Tellico-users] Tellico string freeze

Hi all,

I'm going to have Tellico 2.3.1 out in a couple of weeks, so I wanted to let 
the translaters know that I won't be changing or adding any strings now. I 
did add a few in the last couple of weeks, and I appreciate greatly all the 
updated translations!
