[Tellico-users] Tellico 2.1 on Debian has no Amazon support

Yep, they changed that back in September. You have to sign-up with Amazon
for an access key. Tellico isn't allowed to include a default one. Same goes
for Crossref, ISBNdb, Wine.com and a few of the other sources.
