TagLib v2.3.2 released

Hi all!

We are happy to announce the release of TagLib v2.3.2.

We had a lot of contributions, so first I want to thank everyone who
contributed to this release. Some important bugs have been fixed and
the resilience to resource exhaustion and denial-of-service attacks
should now be significantly improved.
