taglib questions - 2.3.0

I tried, firstly with Fedora, then with *buntu, but it failed early on;
with items like:
No match for argument: build-dep
E: You must put some 'deb-src' URIs in your sources.list

I'm afraid, this is not my piece of cake any longer. Therefore I put it
into my Google Drive and gave you access. I hope it works!?
