TagLib v2.2.1 announcement

Hi all!

As the Matroska support, which was introduced with TagLib v2.2, is missing
a property which is important for some use cases
(see https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues/1311), I plan to release a
bugfix release v2.2.1 at the begin of the next month. The changes of this
upcoming release can be found on the master branch on GitHub.

If you intend to use TagLib with Matroska or WebM files in the future,
this is a good opportunity to have a look at this new feature, check
if any of your requirements are missing in the current implementation
and give feedback via https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues.
