TagLib 2.2 beta

Hi TagLib users,

We plan to release version 2.2 on February 18. I have now tagged the
current master branch with v2.2beta. Here's the Github-generated
zip of the source at the v2.2beta tag:

The changes are described in
https://github.com/taglib/taglib/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

I would appreciate it if everyone who's tracking this list and still
actively using TagLib could give the package a try.
