TagLib v2.1 released

Hi all!

We are happy to announce the release of TagLib v2.1.

There are not a lot of changes compared to version 2.0.2,
but a few bugs have been fixed, support for Shorten files is added,
and some compile time switches allow to customize the supported formats
and directories used during the unit tests.

I'd like to thank everybody who contributed to this release.
