Naming guidance for Wasm version of TagLib?

(First and off-topic, thanks for your response to my question
regarding the M4A acbf atom and bitrate control. This helps, however,
since I could not find such an atom yet in my few m4a files, probably
someone else is better suited to implement such a feature.)

Concerning your searching in the mailing list archives: Whereas the
mailing list is good to push announcements to interested people,
technical discussions are probably better held in a GitHub issue.
Searching inside GitHub isn't too bad either.
If I look at the list of language bindings in
https://taglib.org#language-bindings, "taglib-wasm" seems to be
consistent with what others name their bindings. If you are working on
TagLib with Wasm, maybe issue
https://github.com/taglib/taglib/issues/1246 could be of interest, the
original poster is building TagLib with Wasm to use in in Go
(https://github.com/sentriz/go-taglib).
