Taglib is very slow on loading tags from about 1464 mp3 file

Hi, Mohammad.
1. Use SSD, not HDD.
2. IMHO: I am a Linux user. Windows read them in parallel delayed streams.
I think  it reads the tags only when you scroll down to a certain place,
not the whole folder. And maybe it uses cache for readed tags.
