Status of dsf and dff support + "album artist"

Hi everybody,

I am working on a project using taglib and need support for dsf and dff 
metadata extraction.
I tested the branch from damien78 
(https://github.com/taglib/taglib/pull/740) and everything seems to work 
correctly.

Is there something preventing the branch to be merged to master and to 
the taglib2 branch?


I also want to use "album artist", which is why I decided to use this 
branch: https://github.com/taglib/taglib/pull/716
There seems to be no activity in this pull request any more, is it okay 
if I send a new pull request with the work of pdgendt + one commit 
fixing what was mentioned in the code review?
