Write Access Violations

Hi, I’m struggling a bit trying to open and close fileref as In if I call say 

TagLib::FileRef NewSong("D:/Music/2ne1/(2010) To Anyone/Can't Nobody (Eng Ver.).mp3");

Everything Is fine, but say somewhere else in the code I want to open it again I couldn’t.  To solve this I used...
 NewSong.~FileRef();
This solved the problem a bit however I started getting write access violations. Do you mind explaining what it happening?
