Crash in frameListMap()["APIC"];

Hello, 

I am using Visual studio 9 and I followed the instructions for building
taglib using the CMake GUI and selecting visual studio 9, then putting in
the zlib include and lib details, then opening the relevant solution, and
building and installing that, then copying those directories into the same
place in our build that the 1.7.1 install was. Again its visual studio 2008
that I use to build our software. Everything should be the same. (Microsoft
(R) 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 15.00.30729.01)

I don't really understand if I should be building as static, or static
runtime, or leaving it as is. Looks like other people have solved this by
running it statically, but I'm really not sure where to begin with that.
