function similar to getMp3StartByte

Hello,
I tried looking at the documentation but I’m a bit lost, I’d like to ask if there’s a method similar to this one:
http://www.jthink.net/jaudiotagger/maven/apidocs/org/jaudiotagger/audio/mp3/MP3AudioHeader.html#getMp3StartByte()
in taglib, it would be immensely useful for streaming purposes along with content range by removing unnecessary artwork and forging custom http content ranges.
